On Sunday, September 9th , from 3PM to 5PM, the 6th Annual Miami International Wine Fair will host the 2nd Annual South Florida Wine and Food Pairing Competition, a one-of-a-kind epicurean challenge that will bring together the top chef-sommelier teams in South Florida for an opportunity to earn over $5,000 in prizes and the recognition of the region’s top wine & food critics.

Participating Chefs will be given 30 minutes to prepare their signature dishes while their partner-sommeliers explore the Wine Fair’s Grand Tasting floor in their hunt for the perfect wine to pair with their team’s culinary marvel.
