Over 5,500 wine industry professionals and avid wine aficionados visited the Miami Beach Convention Center this past September 8th thru the 10th to taste the more than 1,100 wines available at the 6th Annual Miami International Wine Fair presented by Infiniti. Already Florida’s largest wine trade show, the Fair’s total exhibit area increased by nearly 40% from the year before to over 40,000 square feet occupied by more than 400 wine producers from 15 countries.
Despite being held during the second week of September, typically one of the slowest and rainiest months in South Florida, the total number of visitors increased by 15%, a clear indication of the event’s success and growing recognition as the leading business platform for the wine industry in the Southeastern US.
